Seminar is an activity that first-year students partake in once a week. It consists of small groups of your fellow first years, and a staff figure (such as an RC or Dr. Bob). The purpose seems to be to acclimate first years to the Academy environment, but they tend to fall along the lines of hang out and talk/vent.
