He received his undergraduate degree from Northwest with a major in Broadcasting and a minor in Computer Science in 2003. As an undergrad, Neal was an RA, Biology tutor and he worked in the KXCV/KRNW newsroom at Northwest. While he was a Residential Counselor, Neal completed his Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership from Northwest in 2009. | ||

He met his wonderful wife Meghan, who also works at Northwest, during his time as an RC. They had their first child, Lily, in March of 2011. Neal enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife and daughter and their two dogs Ginger and Sugar. He also enjoys watching sports, movies and TV, playing golf, reading and playing games.
