Off-Campus Email

When off campus, accessing email can have two options. The easiest option is going through the Outlook Web Access login page. A more difficult, but rewarding way to access email is to use more advanced options in the setup of Microsoft Outlook. This page starts from where AcadaNetwork leaves off.

• Select "More Settings..."
• Switch to "Connection" tab
• Under Connection, select "Connect using my Local Area Network (LAN)"
• Under Outlook Anywhere, select "Connect to Microsoft Outlook using HTTP", and click on "Exchange Proxy Settings..."
• Type "email.nwmissouri.edu" in the http:// textbox
• Select "Ok"
• Select "Apply", and then "Ok"
• Go back to AcadaNetwork and continue from where you left off.
