Official Description[edit]

Data and File Structures (44-242)
Prerequisite: 44-241
Abstract data structures, including stacks, queues, lists, and trees. File structures, emphasizing random-access files. Construction of graphical user interfaces.

Overview[edit]

Data and File Structures is the continuation of the Java I -> Java II progression, supposedly moving beyond that which can be learned in a couple days.

What Actually Happens[edit]

We don't know. As far as we know, no Academy students have yet taken this class, though it's by no means impossible. It's simply most of us, once done with our two semesters, have no desire to continue in this area of study at Northwest. Take this class, then you can write the review.
