Signing In and Out

• A Yellow Card Sign-out/Sign-in is used:
  • Whenever an academite leaves NWMSU campus.
  • Whenever an academite leaves Cooper Hall after 8pm Sunday-Thursday.
  • Whenever an academite leaves Cooper Hall on weekends for any outing.
• How to Use a Yellow Card Properly
  • Indicate:
    • where you will be going
    • who you companions will be.
    • your mode of transportation.
    • when you expect to return.

• A Food Sign-out/Sign-in Sheet is used:
  • Only on weekends when an academite goes fooding at the Union or Station.
• A Blue Card Sign-out/Sign-in is used:
  • Whenever an academite will be away form campus overnight.
  • Whenever an academite leaves campus for a weekend.
  • Whenever an academite leaves campus for closed weekends.
  • Whenever an academite leaves campus for holidays breaks.
• How to Use a Blue Card Properly
  • Indicate:
    • where you will be going
    • who you companions will be.
    • your mode of transportation.
    • when you expect to return.
  • Who You Can Ride With:
    • The driver must be 21 years of age and included on your parent permission form if you are going anywhere other than to your house (i.e. you are going to a concert in Kansas City).
    • If you are going to your home, the driver can be younger than 21 years of age but must be on your parent permission form.
