Interesting Moments in Newspaper History
- The Proclaimer was founded at the end of the 2003-2004 year, to be ready for 2004-2005
- Articles must be approved by Doug Daubert to be printed by him.
- A comic was edited in April/May 2004 without permission and caused a stir.
- For most of 2004-2005, The Proclaimer was distributed without the approval of Doug, paid for by the Editor and Assistant Editors.
- Beginning in March 2005, The Proclaimer will be back in Doug's power. (If he'll ever approve our articles..)
