Interesting Moments in Newspaper History

  • The Proclaimer was founded at the end of the 2003-2004 year, to be ready for 2004-2005
  • Articles must be approved by our sponsor to be printed by him.
  • A comic was edited in April/May 2004 without permission and caused a stir.
  • For most of 2004-2005, The Proclaimer was distributed without the approval of Doug, paid for by the Editor and Assistant Editors.
  • Beginning in March 2005, The Proclaimer will be back in Doug's power. (if he'll ever approve our articles...)
  • Mid-Summer, Doug has resigned his power over the Proclaimer due to the fact that he will not be working at the academy anymore, leaving Editor Ashley Banaszek contemplating changing the newspaper into a pornographic manga... but then deciding against it.
