Hey guys, I'm Niharika...I'll be a Navigator at the academy, woohoo! I'm from St. Louis, and I AM the big city...I don't know how well I'll survive in Maryville, but we'll see. My goal is to live in New York City, maybe somewhere near Times Square. And be a doctor. :)

Alright, so I really don't know what to say...I'm a music freak, I'm very into the whole rock and roll thing, and I'm also a bit of a nerd. I write a lot of poetry and short stories, just because...I tend to be a private person, but if I hit it off with someone I usually open up. I like people...generally. Shopping is also my main priority, as is partying and studying (I know, weird combination). I love my friends more than anything else, even more than I love Cherry Coke. I also love traveling, and even though I'm Indian I was born here, and I'm way too Americanized for my own good. I'm slightly radical, and very liberal, in case you cared...

Fave TV Shows: Desperate Housewives...it's an addiction, I'm sorry--any kind of crime drama stuff, Supernatural, CSI:NY, Crossing Jordan, Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, the Real World (another addiction), anything for insomniacs on VH1...yeah.

I hate homophobes, close-minded people, slow drivers on the highway, slow drivers in general, green Nyquil, and the color yellow. Also, I greatly dislike people with big mouths. And bad breath. Ew. I love kids, cell phones, my car, iPods, computers (even though I tend to screw them up), Cherry Coke, the movie Love Actually, Teddy Geiger, coffee, fresh laundry scent, and shopping.

Also, I'm sorry: but I cannot get into the anime/manga stuff. My friends have tried so hard, and I give them props for that..but no.

I have one pet peeve: spelling mistakes. And grammar mistakes. I've been working at a math and reading tutoring center for children for two years, and it just makes me want to shrivel up and die when people insist on not using spellcheck...I've been known to lean over people and manually fix their mistakes, that's how annoying it gets for me. I apologize in advance. :P
