I want to link to this on the front page, but I think I should get some approval. Anybody else think so? (Maybe want to clean it up a little bit first?) -Chrax

Nifty. I joined the folding@home group. Its too bad there is not a nifty screensaver for it...especially one that would work with xscreensaver...--Squishypickle 21:04, 1 Jan 2005 (EST)
I started running the client...and I saw my CPU was running at 72 degrees C, the critical operating temperature being 85 degrees!. I reconnected my case fans and it went down about 15-20 degrees. Hrmmm....ventilation is good, my friends! -Squishypickle

Joining doesn't mean anything. Sending in a completed work unit with your name and the team number is what counts. Once you've finished your first, you'll show up. -Chrax
It turns out I had been running the simulation since Jan 1, but I'm still not listed on the site for team 41760. I guess my server is just slow - Mpnolan 16:09, 8 Jan 2005 (EST)
