My name is Drew, as Mike N. knows. And I was wondering how you managed to get the Monobook style up and running on this wiki. I have my own wiki at http://sciwiki.ath.cx and have been trying for a month. Thanks.

It just worked by defalut, when i tried installing mediawiki on my localhost it wouldnt let me use it either, though. I think it might be because of a conflict in php5, you might try downgrading to version 4 and see if that works. My local box is set up much like yours, gentoo, php5.0.3, apache2, but i dont have perl enabled.
