Forensic DNA Science

Taught by Dr. Islam, this was a fascinating class. Usually Organic Chemistry is a prerequisite for this class, but that was waived for all students. The chemistry part will get a little confusing, but if you take notes and study with someone else every night for like an hour (about three or so hours the night before the tests!), you'll do just fine. Lab is so much fun, it makes all other pain in lecture worth it.

• Note: Because there is a lab component to this course, it is twice as long as any other course with two hours of lecture and two of lab.*
