Founded in 2006-2007 with RC Winston as the advisor. In 2007-2008, Dr. Jennings took over as the advisor [reasons unknown, only speculated...].

Potential Proposal: Revision of the 4-6 Sign-in Exemption Senior Privilege [rename it, please, but it's like the above proposal: allow this privilege for 2nd years by basing it on disciplinary records, not GPAs].
Potential Proposal 2: Revision of the Study Hours System [Part II. Jessica Brooks submitted one in Spring 2007, with no success. Lesson learned = take the "personality" out of the proposal and probably propose a less-drastic system to start out with].
